Please read the following IMPORTANT information:
By registering for a workshop, you automatically agree to our policy terms .
Upon arrival and before entering our workshop, you will be required to review and sign our workshop waiver.
Only Registered workshop guests will be permitted into the workshop area. Because of workshop size, available seating and fire code, we are limited to the number of people allowed in the workshop area.
Please Note: Most of these classes are wood workshops. Your project MAY have random cracks, chips, knots or other NATURAL blemishes that give it character.
Registration: Project selection and customization information for your project is required at the time of booking. Please be sure to double check your spelling and information to ensure your project will be ready for you at the start of class. No changes permitted at the workshop.
Arriving on Time: We ask that you please arrive on time for your scheduled workshop so that we can start on time. Please contact us if you are running late. The class will start at the scheduled time, and it will be up to you to catch up if you arrive late. We also like to finish on time, so if you started late, you will not be permitted to stay late, and your project may not be completed.
Because of time constraints and the way our workshops are instructed, there is only time to make ONE project per workshop, unless indicated.
Food and Beverages: Please feel free to bring a non-alcoholic beverage and food with you to the workshop! Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the studio.
DIY and Tools: You may be using drills, sand paper, electric palm sander, acrylic paints, water based stains and varathane! Please dress accordingly.
Workshop Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of our studio, registration fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a FULL class credit for a future workshop (within 90 days). Unfortunately, we are unable to grant a class credit for cancellations less than 72 hours or no-shows. If unforeseen circumstances happen and you are not able to attend the workshop you are scheduled to attend, we suggest you find a friend or family member to come in your place so that you do not lose the reservation fee you paid.
We reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 6 attendees, or for other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, you will be given a full refund.
Project Change Request: Please note, the design you choose at registration will be the design you receive the night of the workshop. Please check your spelling. No changes may be made once your order is placed. We would be happy to accommodate your request for a design change, prior to class, for a $10 fee, payable upon the start of your workshop.
Custom Design Request: We love making new designs! We would be happy to design a custom graphic for your project. There will be an extra charge for any custom design, the fee will be provided to you in a quote.
